I have a 1939 Neptune model no. 2a 39.... It believe it is 2hp.
Anyways, I was planning on trying it out today, but I am wondering what the gas/oil mixture should be for it?

We really need help with this engine. It is a 1960 Evinrude Lark II 40hp outboard motor on a 1959 Duratech aluminum boat.
Problem: Will not get above approx 10mph and stalls at low speeds / idle. It starts ok and idles after start if we give it some gas otherwise it stalls.
