we just had a hell of a rain and getting more my boat is uncapped and sittind outside and when i went to check on it the water was 2 in from the top .....LOL:eek::eek::eek::eek:
i was looking at some videos on hydrofoils and was wandering if building a hydrofoil on the hull hould be better than getting fins for the motor...the reason i ask is i have a trihull and as you know in rough water its like driving in chicago..LOL...they say a hydrofoil will pick your boat up...

i just finished replacing my transom and now im ready to put in the stringers. i was wandering if it would be ok to glue the stringers down with liquid nails before i glass them in. or is there something else thats better i could do..

just wandering .....ive seen fiberglas gastanks on the net ...would it be possible to bake my own gastank out of fiberlass in the middle of the boat between the stringers...:confused:
I JUST WANTED TO DO THIS POST TO THANK EVERYON HERE FOR ALL THER HELP AND UNDERSTANDING FOR ALL OF US NEWBS TO BOATING . BEING A NEW MEMBER TO IBOATS HAS GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE TO DO ALL THE WORK MYSELF ON MY BOAT(EVEN IF THE WIFE QUESTIONS MY ABILITY):D

i just pulled out my old transom(scooped it out with a spoon):D and i was wandering if instead of putting wood back in if i could just layer fiberglass to build it up to the right thickness so i would have a nom rotting tranom that i wont have to worry about again :(:(:redface:
