BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED: ALL CONNECTIONS SEEM TIGHT: BUT MOTOR WILL NOT TURN OVER. CAN NOT PULL START WITH A ROPE EITHER. Just put new stator on last week.It did start once and run. Volt meter on dash showed 16 volts though.
