    Walbro carb help

    1992 40hp mariner 4 cylinder 2 stroke I have pulled off the carbs to clean them x2. My question is do you need to remove the welsh plug and the 4 little brass plugs to do a good cleaning... They come in the kit. How do you remove them if necessary.
