    25 hp REplace PRop Seal

    Imleaking oil out of the prop so I investigated and got some fishing line out. But I think I need to replace the seal (o-ring?) I can get prop off but I think I need to remove the thrust washer to get to the o ring....how do you do this? thanks in advance

    I took 4 bolts out but it will only drop an inch. What is holding it up and how to i get it off? I think it may be the long rod that is attached somewhere? Thanks in advance. Im trying to change impeller. Also is there steps to put it back togehter regarding the drive shaft

    25 hp gas line connection leaking ?

    all the sudden it just started leaking gas when i pump the bulb. It leaks at the engine where the gas connector meets the pin...it appears to be leaking maybe out of a seal in that area by the grommet sponge not to technical on the terms obviously).... the pin connects tight. any help would...

    Motor tilt Lock- 1991 25hp

    I beleive Im missing a pin or long bolt or something to be able to lock my motor in the up position....can anyone help here with a diagram or something. Can I just make a new bolt that will attach to the bracket that looks to help lock the motor up.....how does this mechanisim work I realize...

    oill leak prop area

    i am trying to bring a 1991 merc 25hp back to life and got it started for a bit....did not put in gear but ran it for about a minute....i now have oil dripping out of the prop area....any ideas on what is wrong? FYI i did change lower end oil and all look good

    How far does the jet screw go down into the plug bolt that is at the bottom of the float bowl...should it be level/flush...or should it sit indside a lil deeper I cant find any details on this thanks
