I have an old omc accesories tach with a part #121614 on the back. Does anyone know anything about how many cylindersit is for or info about them. Cannot find any info online.

I have a 1970 60 hp evinrude with ignition problems. The amplifier has 4 wires, red(or purple), grey, blue, and yellow/black striped. My wiring diagram from manual only shows 3 wires? Any ideas?
If anyone can help out I need pics of the terminal strip on the starboard side of the engine where the wires all hook up and a pic of the wiring inside the shidter housing. Trying to unwire someone elses "rewireing". Any help or advice appreciated.
