B) do a complete overhaul

Boat is dry docked until I can decide what to do. Don't want to get stuck with an unreliable source. I haven't found anyone locally who isn't backed up for weeks.

I may be needing an overhaul for 1994 140 Johnson. I would like to get some recommendations for shops that will do a complete overhaul. Of course, I would like a good price, but more importantly, I want the job done timely, and right.
