    loss of power

    I have a 1961 Johnson that I had someone tune up, put a fuel pump on it. It runs great for some time then she just loses all power and rpms. Any help would be appreciated.

    split lower end?

    I have a 1961 Johnson and need to split the lower end so that I can replace the shift rod bushing. The threaded rod nuts came right off, what are the tricks to split the lower end to access the bushing?
