    Choosing the right battery?

    I have a 16' Bay Skiff w/ 1993 115. All electronics are on a separate battery. Any suggestions on what size battery should I get for cranking up the motor?

    Shift rod measurment?

    O.k, I have a 1993 115vro, will the proper measurement for the shift rod be my book for the motor? Recently replaced impeller in lower unit, and now i tried to go in reverse i got a grinding noise.

    Air silencer cover

    I have a 1993 115, someone stole my air silencer cover from my boat. Does anyone know where I can get a used one? Called the local evinrude shop and they said they dont make that part anymore.

    Lower unit seal kit

    I have a 93 115, I noticed some oil coming out of one of the bolts that mount the lower unit. I am planing on draining the lower unit oil and see if Iv got water in it. Should I get the lower unit seal kit and replace all while i am there or do just replace the ones needed if...

    115 or 90 not sure

    I thought I had a 115, but when I found the serial numbers ( if I translated it right) it is a 1993 90 hp. The cover to the motor has 115 vro. I found the serial number on the bracket that bolts on to the transom. Are these the right numbers? I am lost on this one.

    115 vro?

    I already look at the thread "What year is your motor" and cant find out what year my motor is. I cant read the plate that has the serial number on it. Does anyone know from what years did evinrude make the 115 vro?

    Sealing chips in hull?

    I have a 16' bay skiff (flat bottom). It has a couple of chips on the bottom of the boat where the fiberglass is showing. Can water leak through there? Can I use Goop Coat It to fix these? Thanks, Mike

    Help finding what year my motor is.

    I did a search and figured my motor was a 1990 90hp, but the motor cover has 115. Did I do something wrong or is that not the original cover for my motor. Model# E90JLETS

    Been fishing Moses Lake, by the flood, what would be the best fishing rig to use? (for live shimp) Carolina Rig? Any suggestions would be helpfull.

    Battery Problems

    I let my boat sit up for about 4 1/2 months now it wont hold a charge. The battery was only 4 months old. Could the battery be dead from sitting to long with charging or starting or could it be something wired wrong causing it to drain the battery.

    The trim will go up but not down, I here a clicking sound when I push the down. <br /><br /> Is there a way to check it?
