OK here goes I gots me this "FREE" boat a 97 wellcraft Excel 24' hull seems to be in good shape needs gauges and seats that is about it for the hull.
Just had a mechanic look at the engine we pulled off the heads, pistons appear to be in good shape no problems that we can see.

I am wondering if my 03 Explorer 2wd 6 cyl will be able to tow this boat or should I be looking at getting a larger vehicle. I would be hauling it 10 miles each way. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
