After one month of owning my boat i've had the bad news that the engine is knackered!!
I've tried taking it off tonight but got all bar the steering off.
What i'm trying to find out is how to get the steering tube out of the outboard bracket.

Recently picked up my first boat, 14ft Driver 440, came with a mercury 800 thunderbolt ignition 80hp!
After two weeks i've just found the serial number, 9177706
Anybody know what age this is?? I've searched various websites to try to determine age but no luck!
