My 1999 75 Mercury 2 stroke outboard is running rough. It bogs down under a load. If I disconnect the fuel line while underway it clears up and runs great until it runs out of fuel. As soon as I hook the fuel line up again it bogs. The boat sat for 5 years so I did some maintenance...
