    7.5hp wont go past half throttle

    Hi all, as above, I cleaned the carb and it doesn't make a difference, it starts first pull,it idles fine goes up to half throttle fine but anymore and it bogs downs then dies, the choke doesn't make any difference there so im guessing I can rule out the carb? and start looking at the ignition...

    seat structural

    As above, I never use the seat on my inflatable and it gets in the way but i've only keep it in there incase it would effect the peformance on the boat, any ideas?
