I have A 1977 Evinrude 115 that won't stay running. It will start with starting fluid but dies out quickly. I've replaced the fuel pump but it does'nt seem to be getting fuel to the pump. When I pump the primer bulb it gets hard and will squirt a small amount of gas out the tank side of the bulb...
