    85 25 HP Mariner No Spark

    Got an 85 25 mariner, no spark. Ran great, parked it, now no spark. How do you check the stator, & or cdi box. Hard to believe both coils would go bad. Any help, thanks.. I did unhook the black/yellow wires from the safety switch & shut off switch from the tiller handle, still no spark.

    2000 50 hp 4 stroke head gasket problems

    Looks as though the head gasket may have blown again on my friends 2000 50 hp 4 stroke, is this a problem, should he get it fixed or sell it? Did a cylinder leak down #1 & #2 are a little weak, cracked pistons? Thanks

    1988 200 Hp Johnson ignition problems

    1988 200 Hp Johnson had no spark, changed power pack. Has spark runs great, but now won't shut off. Unhooked black wire w/ yellow tracer that runs to power pack & grounded, shuts off. Defective new power pack? Thanks

    05 115 Yamaha 4 stroke excessive oil blow by

    I have an 05 115 yamaha 4 stroke w/ oil blowing into the intake housing from the beather tube. When you unhook the tube @ the valve cover & put your finger on it, it will build up a lot of pressure. No water in oil. Top & bottom cylinders have 160 psi, middle 2 have 120 psi. Cracked head...
