I've got just one last seal to get out and replace. Will this bearing head seal pry out or will I have to dremel it out like I did for the drive shaft seal?? Any body know the best way to remove this seal?

I've been having problems keeping my motor running. Dies off after warming up. When she stalls it spits fuel out of the small hole indicated. Is there suppose to be one of those round bee bee like plugs in this hole?
If the seal starts leaking water into the power head what would the first symptoms be on engine operation? I presume a guy would have to remove the power head to check the seal?
