Bought a Johnson Seahorse 4hp back in November last year, tried to start her for the first time yesterday, nothing doing.
I'm useing the internal tank with a 1:50 mix of oil and petrol.
Not sure which of the 2 fuel positions to have it switched to.

I'm a newbie from Bonnie Scotland and I've just bought a 1996 Seahorse 4hp model number BJ4BREDS.
Can anybody advise as to the oil/gas mix ratio.
Is this a nice dependable motor ? and is there anything to watch out for ?
