    Got my mariner today

    I finally got the deal done. 558 mile round trip to houston and back in 11 hrs. Now the work starts. Its a '86 model 21'. Im gonna have to replace every piece of wood in it including the transom. I guess its time to start researching threads.

    Blown head gasket? Pics added

    I have a 1979 140 evinrude that I just got. It has been sitting for a couple of years. I got it started today and after a minute or two of running I noticed some water on top of the port side head right along a gasket. I was looking for possible causes for a blown head gasket.
