    having trouble with timming. time stays advanced cannot get below 10-12 degrees should be at 8 what is going on?what should i do thanks

    mercury 4.5hp

    hope someone can help: was given mercury 4.5hp serial#06383835 what year is it? also tiller/steering arm is broken off everyone sais it is no longer availible, does anyone know where i can find these parts? thanks
