This was the only forum I've found that had information on the company. I just got a new project boat, a 14 Ft Grassl with a Johnson 40 hp from 1970. Registration says the boat is from 1974. It looks like a fun little basic no frills runabout. Pretty cool that it was made locally in Cheektowaga...
