I just got my boat running, but right in the control panel where the throttle and choke is theres an alarm type sound comming from it when i first start it. The first time it went off by itself and the second time i had to turn the key off and restart it. can anyone tell me what that alarm is for?
Can i just take the carb off the block open it up and clean it with carb cleaner, with out having to take piece by piece out? it had been sitting for about 3 years or so, i finally got it to fire up but cant keep it running.
