Were would i get decals for a 1977 14' lund v bottom boat. My grandfather gave me the boat. I have replaced all the wood and removed all the old paint and restored it to look near new and need decals.

I have a 9.6 sea king need help it will not start. If i put gas in to the carb it will fire and die. It looks like the whole motor has been gone through it is all clean and there is not any varnish in the carb. I can squeeze the primer bulb and it doesn't seem to be priming the carb the bowl...
