I am now completely confused...I normally pull up the lever push key in and out three times then in and turn to start...once motor is running even I lower level and shift into gear ...
Pulled the plugs and they are super oily...I put these plugs in only five trips ago...a normal trip is a 7mile speed run 1hr idle and 4 mile speed run... going to clean plugs and check what temp they are vs recommend...

So update on situation I took it out today and it still will not low idle. However it now also will not rev up to its top speed...I had it out going 37mph on Saturday when I found idle issue...but today it won't go over 10mph... nothing has changed on motor...will start working on it tomorrow...
