    Stereo Problem

    I installed a JVC stereo in my pontoon boat and it works fine until I turn on the outboard the the sound goes nuts, I powered it by the available panel swithch the ran a separate wire from the neg battery post but the problem is still there. Any ideas?

    I have a older pontoon boat that I have cleaned up and I added a Pyle marine stereo system bought from walmart, while the engine, a 70HP mercury force outboard is running the sound goes off intermittently but the stereo stay powered up, any ideas? Thanks in advance
