    Replaced both thermostats. And resealed impeller. Tell tale flow is quicker and better. Impeller housing seal was blown out on one side. Both heads are running about 140 degrees according to temp.gun Starboard temp sensor was sitting on top of top plug wire. Will get out on the river ASAP...

There was an alarm that was Beeping that was silenced by a mechanic that I took it to for this cutting out problem and he said it was the power pack. $500 later and I still.have the problem. How...

    Thanks racerone. Is there a fix or something I can check. The last time out the stbd side cylinders felt noticbly hotter than the port side. And is the S.L.O.W. a function of this particular motor

    Ok my apologies racerone. It seems there is conflicting data on the motors. I can post a pic later when I get a chance. Can it have good **** flow and still have a bad impeller?

    Have not check impeller but the stream is good. I think it's a crossflow(the trim button are on the starboard side).I have it on a portable tank now. Came off of a 94 glastron. I put it on a fiberglass jon boat. On the glastron it behaved the opposite. Ran like crap for about the 1st 5 miles...

    I have a 1994 evinrude 140hp v4 (crossover I believe.). After running at wot for a mile or so it will start cutting out and will only run smoothly at about half throttle. I've replace the power pack, plug, wires, ignition coils and rebuilt all.4 carburetors. Any suggestions?
