    Can Anyone drive a boat??

    Can anyone drive your boat and be covered under boating insurance?? Say the owner is not on the boat, can I take the boat out and the owner still be covered??? it seems to me that you only get either full or part coverage for your boat and not specific drivers.. let me know.. Thanks
