I just p/u a boat from a friend who has had it sitting for about a year and a holf. He said that the shaft broke and his dad had it relaced and tuned up. The skeg is almost completely broken off and the prop is bent to hell. How can I tell if he truely had the shaft replaced and tuned up. Also...
