I just purchased A 2000 150 black max. this thing runs great for the price. My ? is what is safe max RPM's for this motor. The boat I have this motor on is A 19'' 1990 triton center console. The boat runs about 43-45 MPH at about 5000 RPM's at WOT.
What is the best way to apply gelcoat. I've tried spraying and brushing. I have not tried rolling being i'm not sure what type of roller I should use. When I spray the gelcoat it blows away and gets ripples. When I brush it on it leaves lines( maybe wrong brush type). Thanks! MUD
