    I can be running along 3/4 speed and is if I hit something,and it just keeps on going get home and the shear pin is bent.put a new one in go out in deep water and will do agin.Is there somthing in the lower unit jumping out and back in.

    What do they do to make a 35hp out of a 40hp evinrude 87 model.it has a 35hp sticker on the motor cover but the seril #e40tlcud say it a 40 hp it will only turn 3200rpm at full open :confused:

    I HAVE A 35hp 80 EVIN The high heat alarm goes off for no reason it will go off just by turning the key on,or after I been running for short or long period of time.Wateris running out of piehole water is not hot heads are cool.Help anyone :confused: :confused:
