    Johnson/suzuki 140 prop

    I run a 14x20 SS prop (Suzuki)on my 618 Ranger.I get 46.5 MPH (GPS)Looking to get some more speed...anybody try any different props like Ballistic or Solas.In Bass&Walleye mag (Feb) they where getting 4-5 MPH faster with these props. Thanks

    Johnson/ Suzuki 140 oil filter

    I was changing my oil on my Johnson 140 and the oil filter they gave me was about one inch longer than the original one...do they make two filters one short one long or did they give me the wrong one Thanks for any info

    I have a Johnson 140 and run a 14x20 Suzuki ss prop....47.5 MPH (GPS)at 62 RPMS....I am looking for spare prop.I found a 14x21 Suzuki alum for 190.00 Do they make a 4 blade prop for this motor? any other ideas....thanks

    JOHSON 140 POWER TRIM SWITCH

    I HAVE ABOUT 15 HOURS ON MY JOHNSON 140 4 STROKE AND I AM ON MY THIRD POWER TRIM SWITCH (ON THE THROTTLE)THE SWITCH IS HARD WHEN TRIMMIMG THE MOTOR DOWN.AFTER A COUPLE HOURS MY THUMB IS SORE FROM PRESSING ON THE SWITCH.IS THERE A RECALL ON THIS PART? ANYBODY ELSE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS...

    Hour meter in Tach

    My buddy has a Suzuki 115 and has a hour meter built in his Tach.I bought a 2003 Johnson 140 4 stroke and I figured I would have this option.Maybe Johnson is trying to save some money.Any body have a 2003 140 Suz?Do you have the hour meter in the Tach?

    Upgrade battery charger

    I ordered a ranger 618 with a 140 Johnson 4 stroke 40amp alt.The boat comes with a dual bank charger and I can upgrade to a triple charger for about 80.00.Will I over charge my starting battery by charging with trolling motor batteries?Will the stock 40amp be enough?
