    mariner 40hp - water outlets

    i have a mariner 40hp 676L it only pumps cooling water out of one hose from the head,none out of the small exhaust port,and looks like it never has. is this correct,1 cooling water outlet only,or is there a problem somewhere. thanx muzza1
