I have a 1972 65HP Evinrude Triumph(electric shift I think, how can I tell?). I resently post the question of no reverse however after getting her fired up she goes in forward, nuetral is a slow spin(i dont think enough to move the boat?)and reverse goes forward I have a ligth tester what else...
I just purchased this OB from a friend he said last year he used it like this. It has no reverse but does have nuetral and forward. The model# is 65273s what year is this motor? Wondering if anyone can help me determine how to start my quest to fix it . I know little actualy nothing about OB...
