I am having the same issue. My boat is a 1992 Maxum 1700 XR and one step just doesn't cut it. I want to replace it with a 3 step but I can't find a thing about it as far as what will actually work and how to do it. I like the way the origional one...
I have a 1994 (17') Maxum with an inoperational gas guage. How do I tell if the sending unit needs to be changed or if there is a different problem? If it is the sending unit, which one is the correct replacement? I don't want to get stranded some where. :eek:
