Hi i have a 1989 30hp evinrude. the problem is there is no spark in the top cylinder. i switched the coils/spark plugs/wires and still only got spark in the bottom cylinder. so they are all good. my biggest question is if i take my flywheel off to check everything does it mess with the timing at...

ok i have a 1989 30hp evinrude electric start (E30TELCED). it is only firing on the bottom of the two cylinders. the spark plugs,plug wires, and the coils are good. i think it is how the power is getting to it some how can you please tell me what to look for to figure it out please...
