The resistance from brown to brown/yellow is measured at 868 ohm, cold.
the johnson manual calls for 970 +/-15 ohm
Does this mean my stator is shot, or it is still OK?

When I turned the ignition ket to "on", not only my fuse near the starter motor bured, but also a white smoke came out of the rectifier/regulator.
