I was wondering if there is a rule of thumb on RPM change per inch of pitch?
I am 200 rpm over recomended @ WOT.
the motor is a honda 15 hp four stroke, currently with a 9.5 pitch
was wondering if an 11 pitch would be to much
motor is pushing an inflatable.

I just bought a new to me rib. along with the boat came a 15hp honda four stroke. I was looking for some input on the performance difference between the honda and a nissan 15hp two stroke. mostly wondering about planing/top speed.
the boat is an AB 320/10'6" weighs 180 empty.

I just bought a 1989 nissan nx102 boat with a 1989 ns 9.9b motor
after searching I cannot find any info on this boat at all.
I did find the thread about the 15 hp throttle cam :D .
this motor is like new, only 20 hours can i do this mod.
and any info on the boat would be great.
