I have a 1974 Johnson 115 outboard.This boat has been down for about 6 years. I recently tried to run it and could not get it to crank. After awhile I got it to run on a garden hose and then in the lake. But you could not throttle it up, it would die. I replaced all the fuel line and it cranks...
