1966 100hp Evinrude bottom carb problem. Have had apart numerous times and can't find any obstructions. New gaskets, reed block etc. Good compression all cylinders. #4 fuel bowl full. Have covered bottom carb inlet with hand during full throttle, no fuel pulled into venturi. Other 3 cylinders...
