2010 Chaparral 186, 4.3 GL, tag says engine manufactured 2009. I can't get the boat to run over 2000 rpms under load. Out of gear, I can rev it up all the way. Plugs were new last year, put in new cap and rotor yesterday and didn't resolve the issue. Any advice is appreciated!
