    I have a 93 yammie 200 hp and can get a deal on a 96 250hp powerhead as mine snapped a crank a while ago. Will the 250 drop in and would I have to change the carbs??

    removeing sticker adhesive???(found the answer in boat ??)

    I'm trying to get the emblem adhesive off my yamaha cowling. I have tryed several liquids and a scotch brite wheel and it just moves it around. The heat gun didn't do much good either and I don't want to blast it off. Any suggestions???????? :confused: I tryed the search and it keeps...

    can the reeds be flipped

    93 200hp yammy 200txrr. I have 3 reeds that do not contacat the reed base, can I turn them around?? also will those reeds that do not make contact make an engine miss at wot and make some ugly noise in the power head at low idle?? :confused:

    Yamaha experts, tackle this one?????

    I have a 93 yamaha 200 model 200TXRR and it started making a real nasty rattle from the power head at idle. It seems to run fine at 3000-3700, anything over that and it starts to missfire, I'm thinking a loose conecting rod end, any tests I can do to eliminate the obvious??? :( :(

    no spark on 2 hp johnson

    87 2 hp johnson. Not getting any spark at plug. I have continuity through the plug electrode and over 500 volts at the end of the plug wire, now, how many volts should I get and does it have to be in the water so it can ground so I can get a spark. I can't get spark from the plug wire either...

    high pitched buzz from engine alarm

    is it safe to use bondo on f/g?? i have a wear spot about 6"x3" from rubbing on a nail or something and need to fill it in.
