On a 79 4hp Evinrude,one mechanic says 3 wraps of starter rope and my 60 lbs/cyl (cold) is ok on the small motors. Another expert is talking over 100 lbs. Who is right?
It's a model 4932 and a mechanic says the 6hp is the same carb. New is no longer available and he has not had luck at local boneyards. Carb kit and other dinky parts are still available. Thanks.
