I have a 1976 Evinrude 75hp with out trim/tilt... I just found a 1979 Johnson power trim kit online, will it bolt up or are they different model years?

Alright I acquired a 1986 Polar Kraft 16' aluminum fishing boat with a highlander trailer for free last year... I completely restored the boat and added a 1976 75hp Evinrude as well as a 24v trolling motor with 2 deep cycles...
I'm wondering about the tires and springs of the trailer...
Its a OMC 800 stringer outdrive with the hydraulic ram setup. Currently I can hit the button and it will run then stop mid stream, then it won't do anything until I turn the key off and turn back on... It does it while going up & down.. So it is working intermittently then just stops.. I can...

So my prior post was on my 1975 75 hp about hesitation at WOT, so after re-cleaning and re-syncing the carb's the choke problem is fixed, but it is still bucking at WOT. So had my brother squeeze the bulb at full throttle and she ran fine. I have checked all of the fuel line and vacuum line...

Alright I have old 75 hp Evinrude and it wants to die when start to give it throttle, so I push the choke button and it picks back up... Then when I have it on plane and give it full throttle and is surges back and forth, but at 3/4 it runs like a top.. I just got done tearing the carbs apart...
