    Cracked 2.5 manifold

    Obviously during winterization I did not get all of the water out of the intake manifold and it cracked the outer edge of the manifold under the carb.It isn't a big crack or leak.I was hoping to fix the crack and keep motorin along....What do you guy's think??? I had it idling for 20min or so...

    Thought I would come back with a bit of an update since my old thread was deleted.... I got her to fire after day's of tinkerin with the damn thing,checking continuity through the whole harness,checking voltage,everything hooked up correctly,yadda yadda....After almost giving up,it turn's out...

    Fuel inject a mercruiser 120?

    Is it possible to inject a mercruiser 120 with a throttle body setup? I would really like to get away from the carb,do a TB and pointless conversion in the dizzy.

    mercruiser 120 shutter replacment.

    Read the manual on the site about replacing the water shutters on my SC 18ft mercruiser 120.Mine are no longer there anymore.Whats the best way to remove the rivets?Dont need to pull the engine to do this do I?

    raw water pump help...Which part # do I go with

    As title states and I'm confused as to which pump to order...For a 1978 mercruiser I/O 120-My serial# is 5324631 which brings me to the right pump according to the serial number but it seems my lower is the retrofit alpha according to the ID pics of outdrives.
