    sport jet 120XR idle mixture messed up

    OK, I think I finally have it almost all sorted out, but I won't know till I take it to the lake, one lingering issue (hope...). At idle, it is running way too rich, spark plugs are blackened, and it misses on 2 cylinders at idle, if I screw in the idle mixture in all the way, it pops on all 4...

    Sport Jet Flywheel puller options

    I picked up a puller from the auto parts store, but when I went to use it, I looked at the flywheel and the threads on the 3 holes look pretty rough and I didn't have a lot of time to play. Is there a known standard solution if I strip on/all of the threads???? I know there is a screw on...

    SportJet power issue cont.

    OK, so I've "fixed" quite a few things I"ve found wrong with the boat so far, but still no joy.... I rebuilt the fuel pump, new diaphragm, gaskets etc, tested the check valves, they seem fine..., but I still can't run the engine WOT, in fact, it's worse now than when I started, I barely get it...
