    compresion reading for 75 20 hp merc

    I am thinking of buying a 20 hp merc motor and he says it reads 100 psi on both. It aparently starts and runs but rough. I am going to look at it tomorrow. Any tips? Has a new fuel pump kit, and I would think plugs and such

    Rpm restricter? on a 20 hp 1972

    Bad new coil

    Gamefisher "Aircooled 2cycle oil"?

    I just bought and sold a 1.75 gamefisher Air cooled motor. it is made by tanaka and another site said to use "air cooled 2 cycle oil" what is the differences in the 2. I never knew there was different types of 2 cycle oil. I'd like to tell the guy that bought it but need educated myself. thanks

    How do you remove guts from 3 hp johnson 54 crankcase?

    the goal is to replace oil retainers pt#s 300599, and oil seal pt#301917, and of course the impeller #277181 .then install drive shaft . Now the Questions .     I recently bought a seahorse with a broken exhaust port. the previous owner said he's used it for years that way and never had any problem. The break was jagged so I cut the extra off to even it all up. I was careful not to get it too hot. could this broken pc damage anything else.
