hi i have an evinrude 35hp engine and its not siezes as ive had it going and prop moves but i replaced the pulstart cord andwhen i replaced it theres a white plastic thing sticking out i dont quit know if that should be secured but my main prob is the gear stick blue metal stick on the right...
