    Engine Knock on 2.5 L OMC Cobra

    1986 OMC Cobra 2.5 L<br />Has sat for 5 years. I did a lot to prepare for running(See below).<br /><br />The problem is that when engaging the drive the engine misses, shakes and knocks loudly.     1986 OMC Cobra 2.5 Liter 4 cylinder<br />It will not start.<br />Has been setting for 5 years. I pulled it out of 'mothballs'. Drained the gas tank, put on a new fuel pump, new battery, new thermostat, changed the oil. I have plenty of gas to the carb. Pulled the hot wire from the center of the...
