I'm wondering if my motor jumped time, When the mark on the back pulley is lined up with the arrow, the flywheel TDC mark is off by about two teeth on the back pulley. Where should all of those marks/numbers line up?

I have a 24 volt trolling motor and the two batteries have a jumper from positive to negative. Does this jumper need to be disconnected to charge each battery?
