    Remote 9.9 roller cam folower

    Hi, on my 1991 9.9 remote engine, the carb cam follower was wraped by a clear plastic sleeve, and yesterday, the sleeve broke leaving only the black roller, now the link/sync is desynchrinised, my question is, can I re-synchronise without, that ring/sleeve, or I need a new $25 roller cam...

    Evinrude 6hp on 16 feet pontoon

    Hi all, I'm running a small pontoon 16' with my 1976 evinrude 6hp with standard prop (8x7 i think), but, i'm scared about logging my motor, i'm looking for a lesser pitch prop but dont find that kind of prop. Is there a danger for my engine with the standard prop ? Thanks

    1976 and on Evinrude 6hp, more power than older 6hp ?

    I own an 1976 Evinrude 6hp, still run well, but i've always be puzzled, this motor have a 3 bladed prop, older 6 Johnson/Evinrude have 2 bladed prop, and, older 6hp (there are a lot on our lake) seems to be weeker ( less torque an les top speed at wot) than the '76 and on motors. Is it only...
