    Jon boat hull difference.

    I'm just using the Lowe Boat site and find a listing for a 1448M (modified) Jon Boat (their terminology). But, thank you for the info. I sorta thought they would tend to "plow" less water and wondered about any other pros and cons on them. Guess the "V" is worth the extra cost then. Thank you

    Jon boat hull difference.

    I plan to buy a new (or used) Jon boat and they come blunt nosed or modofied "V". What is the advantage to the modified "V"?
